Kuzhi Paniaram.
Savory Indian style donut holes.
Dough dropped by tablespoons into holes to make the most delicious breakfast or snack.!

Recipe
🍩 Heat 2 tbsp oil
Let spluttet
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp jeera
Ads and brown 1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
10 finelty chopped Curry leaves
🍩To this, add and saute for a minute
1/2 cup finely chopped Onions
2 tbsp grated Ginger
2 finely chopped Green Chillies
2 tbsp finelt.chopped cilantro
🍩 Add above mixture to 2cups of idli batter*
🍩Liberally grease a Kuzi Paniaram pan.
Drop dough by the tablespoon full into each hole.
🍩Cover and cook
Remove lid,spray oil agin liberally and continue to cook flipping over very often till completely browned
🍩Serve hot with coconut chutney

* Idli batter may be substituted with Semolina/Rava batter made with
2 cups rava, 1.5 cup yogurt and 3/4 tsp salt.
