My daughter’s first reaction to my picture was, ” Why are you serving Wine with a lemon wedge, in a Martini glass?”
Because it is not wine, but is a Pomtini – A Pomegranate Martini.

Recipe
Blend together
4 oz Pomegranate juice
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Ginger ale
0.5 oz Grenadine
Serve with ice and a garnish of a lemon!
