“Oats. A grain, which in England is generally given to horses, but in Scotland supports the people.” ~ Samuel Johnson
Perhaps, due to Oats being available only in a sloppy mush when I was going up, this 👆🏼
pretty much sums up my opinion on oats😆 Not politically correct, but am not a fan😬
Of course the kids have inherited my my gene in their shared dislike for oats.
The only exception- Masala oats. A simple steam cooked oats, liberally spiced to make it more palatable 🌶 Something everyone will eat on ocassion.
I was looking back at my photography skills at -“looked great then, very blah and meh now ” photos. One of these is the oats in this post. The styling is simple and acceptable, but the harsh light doesn’t help, neither does my overexposure during a previous edit. It always pay to revisit and share #myimperfectframe, to see where I was before I came to where I am today. Sleep criticism is the first step to improvement. And hope in your opinions too I have!
