One-pot meals make a lot of sense… because so much of what people hate about cooking is really the cleanup, the mess, the grease. – Tom Douglas
Bisibele Bath – rice, lentils and vegetables cooked together with a melange of spices is a famous dish from South India. Traditionally laborious process, this involves cooking ingredients separately and then combining them.
For Earth day, presenting my trademark one post version of this, that turns out equally delicous and is often a request in pot luck meals. It saves fuel, water wasted to clean dishes and time – all of which is precious !
