The best selling Cheese in the Chicago Costco I go to, the check out clerk told me and asked me how we cooked it. The poor guy had tried having it with crackers 🙂🙃. Of course I sent him the link to my favorite dishes with Paneer, preceeded by a brief briefing.

Paneer Makhani Recipe (Easy & Tasty)
A very versatile dish, this is best served with Naan or any kind of Chapathi or its cousin, and at a pinch with some Basmati rice, seasoned with Cumin, Cardamom and a Bayleaf tempered in Ghee!
Try making the gravy thick, either by reducing the water or letting it simmer a while to reduce the gravy to a thick consistency and topping a Pizza with it for a great fusion experience !
