I met a lot of hard-boiled eggs in my life, but you – you’re twenty minutes.~ Billy Wilder

The most useful thing I have learnt in the recent past is the OPOS (one pot one shot) method of cooking. A pressure cooker is “standardized”, ingredients are layered, timed, and cooked rapidly at high pressure to produce delectable results in minimal time!
The OPOS way of hard boiling eggs in a pressure cooker – It never ceases to amaze me that I can cook up to a dozen eggs at once, and not have to baby sit and time them in boiling water for up to 20 minutes !
Hard Boiled Eggs
Arrange as many eggs as would fit at the bottom of a 2 liter pressure cooker, standardized for OPOS
Add 1 cup water
Cook on high for 2 “whistles”
Open when pressure settles. She’ll the eggs and use in recipes!
