A simple pancake breakfast, topped with blueberries and chocolate chips, and a golden sliver of butter for drama !
A great recipe from allrecipes.com for 8 pancakes
🥞Sift together
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
🥞Mix together
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Add this to the flour mixture to form a smooth batter
🥞Add 1 tsp Butter to a hot griddle
Pour a large laddle of the batter cook till golden. Flip and cook on other side.
🥞Serve with choice of topping
