A simple air fryer recipe, with minimal spices Taro – Seppankizhangu or Arbi, that turns out really crisp and delicious. A great side dish with any rice dish or served as is as an appetizer.

Shake together
2 cups sliced yam
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Sambar Powder
2 tsp Rice flour
1 tbsp Oil
Air fry at 380° for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking it at minute 6
