Vegetable Puff

A quick fix for tea when I had unexpected guests and little in the pantry. Stir-fried vegetables wrapped and baked in Pillsbury Cresent rolls.

Vegetable filling recipe
Saute 1/2 cup each of onions and bell pepper chopped fine till al dente.
Add 1 cup tomatoes chopped fine till the water is absorbed and it’s a thick paste
Add 2 cups of frozen vegetables
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
1 handful chopped cilantro
Mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till all well combined. Let cool.
Place on Pillsbury Cresent dough squares.
Bind 2 edges and bake at 375 till golden.
Serve with tea and spicy chutneys !
