省Heat 2 tbsp oil and let splutter
1 tsp each of Mustard and Cumin seeds
Add 3 Dried Red Chillies
1 tbsp Channa Dal
10 to 12 Curry leaves
1 cup onions chopped fine
Saute till onions browned
省Add 2.5 cups shredded raw mangoes and cook till al dente
Add a paste of 3 to 4 green chillies and 1 heaped cup Cilantro.
Add 1/3 tsp Asafoetida
Cook for a few minutes till well blended and raw smell dissipates
省Add 2 cups cooked rice and blend well
省Garnish with roasted peanuts, Cilantro and a dollop of Ghee.
省Serve with a side effect vegetable or chips!
