Dry Garlic Chutney

Dry Garlic Chutney
A versatile seasoning, a must with dishes like Vada Pav. Equally tasty when sprinkled on fried eggs, sandwiches, bagels, pastas and burgers.

Recipe
Heat 1 tbsp oil on low heat
Saute ¼ cup garlic till light brown
Add 1 tbsp peanut and saute till crunchy.
Add 1 tbsp sesame
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
Saute till aromatic.
Add ¼ cup dry coconut and saute till dry and golden
Cool
Add 1 tbsp chilli powder,
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp salt.
Blend to coarse powder without adding water
Store in an air tight container.
