Shenai Kizhangu is a rather nondescript Yam that you’d find in the vegetable section. Yet when cubed, deep dried and dusted with salt and Chilli powder, it takes on a wow factor.
Rather laborious to make – especially cut, it’s always on the top of my request list when I go to my Mother’s place.
