Behind every brilliant performance there were countless hours of practice and preparation. ~ Eric Butterworth
Kootu is a protein enriched lentil, vegetable curry/stew, that can be served with rice or rotis or great to drink as a π² soup
A melange of spices and coconut forms the base for a great Kootu.
I bulk prep this, freeze in silicon muffin moulds, pop them out and freeze in zip lock bags. Stays fresh for 3 months.
This saves time and makes life easier when you cook Kootu on a regular basis.
