Bharva Bhindi
Delicious stuffed Okra or Lady’s Finger, as called in India. Followed a great recipe from Archana’s Kitchen.

Instead of pan frying tried it in my Cosori Air Fryer @ 350° for 10 minutes, flipping it once in between and then another 3 to 4 minutes @380° for the slight blowing. These timings of course have to be adjusted depending on your air fryer and the okra!
