A simple Paruppu Thogayal to start the week. This basically is a lentil chutney that traditionally is mixed with rice, and eaten with tangy tamarind based stews like Vatha Kuzhambu and Milagu Kuzhambu. Also works great as a side for Idlis, Dosais and the like.
