What do you think I’m making with this ?

A complaint I get from quite a few is that the recipe videos are too fast to follow, and they have to watch it multiple times. But if I slow them down, they get too long for Instagram!😆 All a part of the algorithm juggle I guess

So here is a trial to cut a recipe into two parts.
Part 1 – Prep of a masala paste.
