A slight twist to the traditional Raitha, that is generally made with vegetables in yogurt with a Tadka (seasoning) and/or very mild flavoring.
Okra Raitha Recipe
Sauté 2 cups Okra in
2 tbsp oil till browned and crispy
Ads about 1/2 tsp salt while cooking
Grind together
1 tsp Sambar or Rasam Podi
1 handful Cilantro
1/2 tsp Salt
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup water
Mix Paste with 2 cups thick Yogurt
Mix in Okra just before serving.
