In and Instant Pot or Rice Cooker
Add
2 cups rice
1 Bay Leaf
2 inches Cardamom
1 Star Anise
2 Cloves
1 Big Cardamom
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Coconut milk
1cup Water
1 cup Vegetable
Cook on Rice Mode
Meanwhile
Sauté
1 cups Onions
1/2 cups Capsicum or Bell Pepper
Adding 1 tbsp Garam Masala when half done.
Mix with cooked Rice mixture
Garnish with Cilantro
Serve Hot !
