Quick Spinach Dal
1 cup Dal
3 cups chopped Spinach πΏ
3 cups π§ Water
1 cup chopped Tomatoes π
1 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Pressure cook 3 whistles
Or 8 mts in Instant Pot
Tadka
Let splutter in 3 tbsp Oil
2 red and 2 green Chillis πΆ
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Add and brown
1 cup chopped π° Onions
Few Curry leaves
Add and toss 1 tsp Chilli powder
for 1 minute in retained heat
Add to cooked Spinach mixture
Simmer 5 mts
Squeeze and stir in
1/2 lime
1 tbsp chopped Ginger π« just before serving
