Masala Paniyaram
To the pan Add
1/3 tsp oil in each indent
Then add
1/2 tsp from mixture of
1/2 cup Tomatoes
1 cup Onions
3 minced green Chillis
3 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tbsp chopped Curry leaves
Cook covered for 3 to 4 mts at medium heat
Flip when bottom set
Keep flipping till roasted golden adding more oil if need be
Serve with Peanut Onion Chutney
