Roast till fragrant
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
6 to 8 Peppercorns
1 tsp Fennel (Saunf)
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
6 to 8 Red Chillis
2 tbsp Kalpasi
2 Star Anise
2 inch Cinnamon
6 cloves
6 Cardamom
1/3 Mace

Powder and store in air tight jar
