Rooted in Rasam

Corn and Cheese Toast

Mix together
1 cup corn
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp grated Cheese
2 finely chopped green chillis
2 tbsp Cilantro

On a slice of bread
Spread 1 tsp butter
1 tsp Green Chutney
Corn mixture
2 tbsp grated Cheese

Air fry @380° F for 3 to 5 mts
Or
Cook on low heat on a pan, covered, till Cheese melts for 3 to 5 mts

Sprinkle with chat masala before serving

Delicious as is, or
Serve with Masala Ketchup !

Note
Do not add salt. There is enough in the Cheese and Chat Masala.
