Jevvarisi / Sabudana / Sago Paniyaram
Mix together
1 cup soaked Sago
1 cup Potato
2 tbsp each
Cilantro, Green Chilli
Ginger, Crished Peanuts
2 tsp Jeera
3/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Place in oiled
Paniyaram pan.
Rotate and cook till
browned and crsipy
Serve with green chutney
