Capsicum (Bell Pepper) fried rice
Seasoning
3 tbsp oil
Let splutter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Add and stir
2 Green Chillis
Few Curry leaves
Add
1/2 cup Onions
1/2 cup Potatoes
1 tsp Salt
Sauté till half cooked
Add
2 cups colored Bell Peppers / Capsicum
1/2 cup boiled Corn
SautĂ© till Peppers cooked al dente’
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala / Sambar Podi / Vangi bath masala
2 tbsp Cilanto
Sauté 2 to 3 mts for flavors to get absorbed in the vegetables
Add 2 cups cooked long grain or Basmati rice
Mix well.
Serve hot 🔥
