Masala Oats
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
Add
3 Cloves
2 Cardamom
1/2 Star Anise
2 inch Cinnamon
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
6 Curry leaves
3 Green Chillis
Sauté 2 mts
Add
1 cup Onions
1 tsp Salt
Sauté till translucent
1 tbsp Ginger
1/3 cup each
Carrots
Beans
Corn
3/4 tsp Chilli Powder
Sauté 2 mts
Add
1 cup Oats, dry roasted 2 to 3 minutes on low heat till raw smell goes ( Regular Oats, not quick Oats that are thinner )
1 cup Water
Mix well
If you want a Poha like consistency, add only 1/2 cup water
Add
1 tsp Garam Masala
Shut cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes stirring once in between
Garnish with 2 tbsp Cilantro
