Rooted in Rasam

Baby Potato Roast

Dice 3 cups of Potatoes into small cubes

Heat 2 Tbsp Oil
Tadka
2 red Chillis 🌶
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds

Add  Potatoes
1 sprig Curry leaves 🍃
Sauté till half cooked

Add
1 tsp 🧂
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Mix in well

Mix together
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Rice flour
1/2 tsp Asafoetida

Mix well and  continue to cook till roasted.

Top off and Mix in 1 tsp Ghee in the end
