Karuvepillai (Curry Leaves) Cashew

Kruvepillai Cashew
(Curry Leaves )

On medium heat
Dry Roast, let cool and powder
1/3 cup Curry leaves
1 tbsp Peppercorns

Roast till golden
1 cup Cashew
in 1 tsp Ghee
Adding
Few Curry leaves
1/2 tsp Salt

Switch off flame
Add and mix in
1/3 tsp Asafoetida
Powdered spices from above

Cashew may be a little soft when u switch off the flame
Let cool and will crisp up

Store  in an airtight box

Great for a snack !
