Garlic Pepper Rasam

Pepper Jeera Garlic Rasam

Roast & Powder
2 tbsp Thur Dal
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Peppercorns
Few Curry leaves

Sauté  in 2 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Few Curry leaves
2 Green Chillis
2 tbsp Garlic

Add Powdered Spices
Mix well

Add
1 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Turmeric
1 cup Tomatoes crushed
1 cup water
Boil until raw smell dissipates

Add 2 cups Water
1 tbsp Cilantro
Cook on low flame till it froths

Delicous Rasam !

Great to drink as a soup especially for tummy upsets.
