Vegetable Cutlets
Sauté
1/2 cup Onions
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillis
Till golden
Add
1 cup water
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Potatoes
1/2 cup Peas
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Pressure cook 3 whistles
Open & Mash
Add
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Mash together
If mixture is not firm, cook on medium flame till thickens.
Let cool completely
Make a thick paste mixing
2 cups Flour
About 3/4 cup Water
Mix
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Chat Masala Powder
Make patties of vegetable mashed mix
Dip in Flour paste
Then Bread Crumbs
Keep in fridge for at least 1 hr for it to harden
Then
Deep fry till golden
Serve with Masal Ketchup or Chilli Sauce!
