Cauliflower Milagu Peratal – Pepper Cauliflower
Pound to a coarse paste
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
10 Curry leaves
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
Sauté 3 cups Cauliflower
& few Curry leaves till golden
Add 1 tsp Salt while cooking
Add crushed powder
Sauté 2 mts till well coated
Finish off with a tsp of Ghee. (Skip this step if vegan)
Toss Cauliflower once till well coated
Deleicous as a side or appetizer !
