Thengai Paal Kuzhambu
Cut Okra into 1 inch pieces
Seasoning
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
Let splutter
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Red Chillis
Add Okra and cook till
lightly browned,
Adding
1 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Turmeric
Brown and grind to a fine paste
1/2 cup Coconut
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Marathi Moggu
2 each Byadgi and red Chillis
1 tbsp Channa Dal
1 tbsp Rice
Add to cooked Okra
2 cups Coconut milk
2 cups Water
Bring to boil
Simmer 5 to 7 mts
Garnish with Cilantro
Serve with hot rice !
