A quick pasta and spicy arrabiata sauce on a bitterly cold winters day! Wanted to avoid a grocery trip and bent on using up all the stuff hidden in the corners of the pantry – pasta and tinned tomatoes included

Recipe note
The tins of tomato I used were quite tart. So I landed dip using 2 tbsp of brown sugar to balance it.
Added a couple of red chillies and 1 mote tsp of chilli flakes to give the sauce a further kick
Next time will substitute 50% fresh tomatoes for the 2 tins mentioned in the recipe.
