Vegan Cake

Eggless, Dairy Free Vegan cake

Mix together without lumps
1.5 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt

In another bowl mix together
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp  Vanilla extract
1 tsp Vinegar

Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes clean

Raspberry Compote
Cook together on low heat,  stiring frequently till fruits cooked and mushy and a thick syrup is formed.
2 cups raspberries
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Corn starch
Mix Wet and Dry ingredients together
