Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
Mix together
2 cups cubed potatoes ( I used golden wirh thin skin, so didn’t peel)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Oil
Shake well to coat
Air Fry at 380°F for 10 mts to cook
Add
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Rice flour
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Curry leaves
1 tsp Curry Podi – recipe link in Bio on rootedinrasam.com
Mix well
Roast @ 400 for 6 minutes
Air Fryer power may vary. So try it out and adjust time by a minute or so here and there.
