Semia Noodle Upma

Semiya (Vermicelli) Upma

Sauté till fragrant
in 2 tbsp oil

1 tsp Channa Dal
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Green Chills
Few Curry Leaves
1 tbsp  chopped Ginger

Add and Sauté
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cup Bell Peppers
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Rasam Podi

Add and mix
1 tbsp MTR Sambar Podi
1 cup Peas
1 cup Water

Add 1 Cup water
Shut and cook vegetables

Add and mix
1 cup roasted Vermicelli
1/3 tsp Asafoetida

Put off stove
Shut to cook for 10 mts
in retained heat

Open and season with
2  tbsp Cilantro

Delicous and Quick  Semia/Vermicelli Upma.
Serve as is as breakfast or a snack. No accompaniment needed !
