Rice Vadai

2  cups leftover cooked Rice
1/2 cup Semolina
1/2  cup Rice flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Asafoetida

1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Green Chilli
Ginger, Curry leaves
2 tbsp Cilantro
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Mix well.
Blend to a coarse paste

Cover & Rest 15 mts

Form into Vadais
Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown

Serve with Masala Ketchup
